People often Confuse Mentors and Coaches and assume we do the same thing. So I am a business mentor. This means I already have reached a level of success and I want to share my wisdom, provide insight, guidance, and tasks hat you can complete to help you in your journey of entrepreneurship. I do not need expertise in your field because, I, as a mentor, understand how to navigate business in general. I lay out a blue print for you and you follow it as an entrepreneur.
A coach will have experience in your exact field only, they should be trained and certified as a coach and have strong skills, they help you tackle specific challenges in your industry.
If you want to be a serial entrepreneur or understand business in general you need a mentor, but if you just want someone to help you understand your industry better get a coach.
